The Fit-Out, Step by Step

What happens once you’re ready to move forward?

We keep the process clear and flexible – so you can focus on your business, not the build.

1. Site visit & Survey

Once we have an understanding of your vision and objectives, we’ll visit your site to take measurements and get a feel for the space. This helps us to visualise initial ideas and start planning your ideal office layout.

2. Your Design Concept

At this stage, we will have all the information we need to start creating 2D and 3D layouts of your workspace, including finishes and other details. That way, you’ll be able to visualise exactly how it will look.

3. Strip Out, Build & Fit

Before we start, we’ll clear out items that won’t be needed for your project. This gives us the room to bring your vision to life and get everything installed – including ceilings, lighting, plumbing, electrics, walls, floors, doors & furniture.

4. Finishing Touches

As your new office starts to come together, this is where we add the final details to reflect your business style. Once everything is in place and the finishing touches have been made, you will then be able to sign off your office fit-out.

5. Ongoing Support

It doesn’t end here! If you need help after moving in, we’re on hand to support you every step of the way – simply contact your office fit-out project manager for help.
